Online Shopping & Orders
When you purchase products through our website www.thewickery.com, we will save your name, e-mail address, and purchase history. For security reasons, we will not save any of your payment information (i.e., credit card number CCV). All payment information is securely possessed by PayPal, Freshbooks or WePay.
In order to send you updates on your order/s, we will be transferring your order history to an email marketing automation platform. If you decide that you do not want to receive product updates and sales promotions any longer, you can opt out at any time.
Contact Forms
When using a form to contact us, we will be sending the information provided by you (name, email, address, image and internet protocol address) through my server to our Google email account. We will not use emails that were sent through contact forms for marketing purposes.

We are using LiveChat on our website in order to provide customers with real-time response to inquiries while on the website. Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. However, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom-made/special orders (anything you select the fabric and/or finish). Once production has begun, orders may not be cancelled or altered. Production begins within three (3) business days of your order.
If you are dissatisfied with any stock items (items not requiring fabric selection of frame finish) purchased via online, please contact us within ten (10) business days so that we can assist you with a return at Route 9 Wickery, Inc. D/B/A The Wickery at 732-286-2322 or by e-mail at info@thewickery.com. If you would like to return a product that was not customized and therefore returnable, you may do so with the following understanding: 1) you are responsible to pay return shipping charges both ways (meaning: freight for delivery to your home and freight from your home), 2) products must be in brand new condition, 3) product must be returned with/in original packaging, 4) refunds will be given AFTER products are received and inspected for compliance with the above-mentioned points and 5) requests for returns must be completed within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us for an RA (Return Authorization) number. Shipments arriving to our docks without an RA number will be refused.
If you feel that the products you have purchased are not performing to manufacturer specifications after use, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may help you with a warranty claim.
Order Cancellation
All orders will be processed and received within Three (3) Business days. Cancellations and/or changes to orders must be completed within this timeframe.
Refunds
If your order has not been processed, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has already been processed, we will not refund your purchase.
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
